Applied Creativity Workshops

Applied creativity workshops focus on applying creative thinking to specific business issues. For example, perhaps you want to visualise what your market will look like 10 or 20 years from now. Perhaps you want identify potential threats from other business sectors. For example, could a free smartphone app make your business obsolete? Perhaps you want your sales team to be better at identifying unexpected new opportunities with existing customers. Perhaps you want to completely revisualise your business or a division within your business.

In an applied creativity workshop, we use creative thinking techniques, inspiration and an outsider's perspective in order to come up with relevant creative visions. Not a list of mediocre Ideas, not a thousand PostIt notes, but developed creative vision or three.

The great thing about an applied creativity workshop is that you do not simply learn creative thinking tricks and techniques, you actually apply creative thinking to specific and relevant goals. So, you not only learn, but you leave the workshop with innovative solutions.

How It Works

It all starts with a phone call or a message. You explain your goals to me and then give me a couple of days to do some research, thinking and questioning. Within a week, I get back to you with a proposal.

Normally, we should allow a day to a day and a half for the workshop. A one night break in the middle of the workshop is ideal. It allows participants to reflect on workshop content. Very likely, you will have new thinking, insights and ideas in the morning.

Every applied creativity workshop is tailored to your needs, your company and your culture.

It All Starts with a Conversation

The first step is for you and me to talk. Give me a call or send me a message to start the conversation. It does not obligate you to anything. But it could be the start of something fantastic for you, your team and your company.
